las gráficas C se utilizan para graficar el número total de defectos en una muestra cuando el tamaño de la muestra es constante. Puede inspeccionar un tipo de defecto, por ejemplo píxeles muertos. También puede inspeccionar para determinar varios defectos juntos, tales como píxeles muertos, píxeles trabados, rayas y puntos borrosos.

One point is more than 3 standard deviations from the mean. Color verde

Rule 2

Nine (or more) points in a row are on the same side of the mean. color amarillo

Rule 5

Two (or three) out of three points in a row are more than 2 standard deviations from the mean in the same direction. color azul

Four (or five) out of five points in a row are more than 1 standard deviation from the mean in the same direction. color rosa
